These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of axisrebalance.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it (the "Services"). The Site is operated by Anecco LLC ("Axis Rebalance," "we," "us," or "our"), 30 N Gould St #39553, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase our products. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Health Disclaimer

Axis Rebalance products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have concerns about your health.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including ingredients and research references, accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you choose a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") option, your card will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date through your account or by contacting support@axisrebalance.com. Cancelling stops future shipments and charges; it does not entitle you to a refund for orders already processed or shipped, which remain subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
